Class A Driver
The Hatch Group, Inc is growing and in need of a Class A Driver to join our team! This role will be responsible for moving heavy equipment on a lowbed, and dump trailer, and live floor work. Equipment to be moved ranges from asphalt and reclamation such as cold planers, pulverizers, and pavers to front end loaders and more! On the job training will provide the knowledge and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews.
RECOMMENDED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21 years old (Various state moves)
- Valid driver's license with current Class A is required.
- Valid MA DOT physical card
- Hoisting License required
- Previous experience doing lowbed moves required
- Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and sit for long durations.
- OSHA10 Needed
- Pre-Employment Drug Test and Physical Required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This is an outdoor, physically demanding job working in heavy equipment areas with varying seasonal weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, wind, rain, dirt, dust, etc.)
COMPENSATION
- This is an hourly position with some Prevailing Wage hours available.
- Hourly rate starting at $30/hour based on experience
