Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our email marketing initiatives through HubSpot. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing email campaigns designed to engage existing customers, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen overall brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with HubSpot automation, customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and email content generation. This individual should be both analytical and creative, capable of building data-driven campaigns while crafting compelling messaging that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns through HubSpot targeting both existing and prospective customers
  • Create compelling email copy, subject lines, calls-to-action, and customer nurture sequences
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, forms, landing pages, and contact segmentation
  • Maintain and improve email deliverability, list hygiene, and database management practices
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, timing, and audience segmentation
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company growth objectives
  • Develop customer re-engagement campaigns and lead nurturing funnels
  • Ensure brand consistency across all outbound communications
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend new strategies to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
  • Assist with CRM optimization and reporting within HubSpot
  • Generate monthly performance reports and actionable insights for leadership

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or marketing automation
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Experience creating and managing automated workflows and email sequences
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
  • Experience with audience segmentation and campaign personalization
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and KPIs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Certifications preferred
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies
  • Graphic design or basic HTML email editing experience is a plus

Compensation & Scheduling

This position will be a hybrid working 2 days per week in our Plainville office and 3 days remotely. 

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
