Overview:

A National Account Coordinator supports the management of all active accounts and vendor partners within an assigned market. They provide leadership and initiative to ensure services are complete and client expectations are met or exceeded. This individual evaluates the performance of service partners and communicates with the client to achieve satisfaction with our work; and fully leverages our relationships to benefit the client and The Hatch Group.

What you’ll do:

  • Regularly communicate with customers via Service Channel, Corrigo, email, text, and phone to ensure high quality and service.
  • Consistently propose site enhancement concepts to clients.
  • Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed
  • Conduct monthly Quality Site Assessments (QSAs) of service partners’ work on clients’ sites
  • Measure properties and coordinate with estimators for estimates
  • Communicate schedule to store managers and service partners
  • Coordinate pre- and post-season site inspections
  • Source new service partners to perform work for clients in a designated territory
  • Pre-qualify service partners, negotiate contract terms
  • Ensure timely acquisition of service partner agreements to support the compliance team.
  • Provide instruction to service partners regarding client expectations
  • Communicate closely with other coordinators on team as well as management and operations 
  • Communicate billing details to client and answer any questions
  • Other tasks and duties, as assigned.
 

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Marketing, Construction Project Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, or strong administrative skills
  • PMP Certification preferred, but not required
  • Highly advanced written and verbal communications
  • Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization
  • Passion for leadership and self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines without close supervision

Schedule

This position requires some flexible availability to include occasional scheduling coordination after hours and on weekends to prepare for upcoming jobs. Regular in-office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30AM-5PM. Occasional calls as mentioned typically last 15-20 minutes and can occur between 6-7PM if needed to regroup. Group texts are created to alleviate need for calls.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00 / hour
